Just A Girl

She was just a girl, a teenager,

Who dreamed of love and freedom.

But fate had other plans for her,

A cruel and bitter ransom.

She was sold into a life of slavery,

A victim of human trafficking.

Her dreams and hopes were shattered,

As she lived a life of suffering.

But deep inside, a flame still burned,

A spark of hope that refused to die.

She longed for a chance to break free,

To spread her wings and learn to fly.

And one day, she found the courage,

To escape her captors and run away.

She fled into the night, with nothing,

But the strength and will to stay.

She found herself alone and frightened,

With scars and wounds that wouldn't heal.

But in the darkness, she found light,

A new beginning, a chance to feel.

She learned to love herself again,

To see the beauty within her soul.

She found her voice and spoke her truth,

And let her spirit take control.

And now she stands, a survivor,

A warrior in the fight against trafficking.

She speaks for those who can't be heard,

And offers hope to those still suffering.

She knows the road is long and hard,

But she won't give up, won't be denied.

She's a testament to the power of love,

And the strength of the human spirit, deep inside.
